The Game is leaving the rap game. While performing a show in Russia, he told concertgoers that he will be heading to jail for hitting an officer. The Compton rhymer said that while he’s doing his time he will be writing rhymes for his final album, which he has titled Westside Story.

For those of you unfamiliar with Game’s assault case, the 37-year-old rapper got into an altercation with an off-duty Los Angeles police officer during a pickup game of basketball. Game told the officer “I’m going to kill you” before punching him in the face. The officer later sued and claimed that Game’s punch may have caused him brain damage.

But there's more bad news for Game. His request for a new trial and to have his $7 million sexual assault judgement reduced was denied by a judge earlier this week, according to TMZ. The Game’s request was denied because his he filed improper paperwork, which was filled with inaccuracies and missing key information. Luckily for Game, he can refiled his paperwork.

Hopefully, Game can get back on track and resolve some of his legal situations in 2017. Watch his farewell speech to Russia above.
