There is a time where life repeats itself and also a time where you can predict things happening. With the latest incident with Troy Ave and issues surrounding the shootings, deceased friends and victims of the shootings. I think it's safe to say that this is not a good situation.

We have seen Ja Rule being locked up in New York as well as Lil Wayne because New York has some pretty strict policies on guns in their state. This is an older interview with Troy Ave with The Breakfast Club where he talks about the outcome of violence and the negative influence the streets has on our black men.

Troy Ave speaks on violence in the hip hop:

I have actually had a few phone conversations and have texted Troy periodically on music and things that he is working on. I haven't had the opportunity to reach out to him on this, but I am praying that he can get himself together. It doesn't take trouble long to get in and alot of times it's the people you are around or places that you are at that get you caught up. He was in the process of working on his latest album and here is the first single from the album. This is one of my favorite joints so far from the young homie. There are still more details coming out, and hopefully level heads will prevail.
