Timbaland delivered the ultimate Christmas gift to his fans with his new mixtape, King Stays King. The project boasts a new track featuring the vocals of the late R&B singer Aaliyah.

The 17-song collection features guest appearances from Migos, Milla J, Young Thug, Tink, Rich Homie Quan, 2 Chainz and more. Interestingly, Timbo enlisted producers Kaudi, Milli and Fade Majah to help him with production.

Among the standout tracks on the tape include “Get No Betta,” a R&B jam featuring Milla J. On the song, Tim sings about the love of his life, while Milla reciprocates her affection to him.

"Champagne kinda night / All the way and no turning down / Everything is feeling right / Me and my girls we holding it down / You got me on bae / Super fetty off the ground," she sings.

Of course, the highlight is "Shakin," which features Aaliyah. On the song, the late songbird sings of a guy who has her sprung with his sexual prowess. "Baby, you nasty boy (it's been a minute) / And I could say my life has changed, (since you hit it, hit it) / This is your strongest trait (you work the middle) / While they say I'm sprung, I'll say (maybe a little)," she coos.

There's some rap bangers on the mixtape as well. Timbo remixes Rich Homie Quan's "Flex" song to the even bouncier "Dem Jeans" featuring Migos. Speaking of RHQ, the Atlanta rhymer appears on the slinky "Shawty," where he talks about a ride-or-die chick.
Elsewhere, Timbo's protege Tink spits a wicked flow on the rollicking "Drama Queen" and "Go Ahead (Boo Boo)" is perfect for turning up in the clubs.

Overall, this is a great mixtape that shows Timbaland is still one of the best producers in hip-hop. In 2016, the veteran hitmaker promises to drop his new album, Textbook Timbo. We can hardly wait.
