Tiny Files For Divorce – Tha Wire

Today in Tha Wire in a shocking turn of events, it looks like the Harris family hustle has come to an end.  I really wish I could say it wasn't true, but it appears that Tameka "Tiny" Harris has filed for divorce.  The reports are pretty accurate as the story is being covered by major media outlets like PEOPLE, All Hip Hop and TMZ just to name a few. Thedirty.com broke the story and even posted the actual divorce papers, which reveal Tiny filed December 7, 2016.

This is truly a sad day.  Tiny and T.I. have been together for more than 15-years and married for six.  The two stars have three children together, King, Major and Heiress Harris.  They've also successfully co-parent each others kids from previous relationships; Tiny's first child, Zonnique Pullins, and Tips Messiah, Domani and Deyjah Harris.  Now that's a lot of damn kids, but over the years they've been Hip Hop's shining example of what a loving family looks like.  To shed some light on how they make it all work, they debuted their show,  T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle, in December 2011 on VH1. Ever since then, it's been a hit.

This September the show aired the first episode of season 5.  As usual the couple displayed how they balance entertainment life, with a school bus of kids and their needs and want's.  They also shared the journey and preparations welcoming their new baby.

Moments like this made it seem like things were all good in the Harris household.  If you're with someone long enough, there will be some fights.  Stars or not, Tiny and Tip are no different.  It's no secret that the last couple of years they've been through some drama. Unfortunately some of their spats played out on social media with rumors of Tip cheating, to Tiny cheating with Floyd Mayweather.

For months it appeared the boxer was at the center of their conflict.  It was like Mayweather went out of his way to drive a wedge between to couple, talking trash about Tiny on social media, uploading photos of him and her, till he and Tip went to blows.

Everything died down until a photo surfaced of Tiny in a pic with Mayweather, at Mariah Carey's Halloween bash.  Tiny tried to blow it off and said she was forced to take the pic, but that didn't stop the social media frenzy from spilling over again.  Maybe the whole Mayweather thing is a bigger strain on their relationship than anyone thought.

Another factor could possibly be a money issue.  According to reports the couple was hit with 2 massive tax liens last year by Uncle Sam.  They are being accused of trying to screw the IRS out of $6,211,424.76. Not sure what that's all about, but supposedly the liens are active in Georgia.

As for the divorce Thedirty.com is reporting the court docket reads that Tiny, 41, is not only seeking a divorce from the 36-year rap legend, but want the entire marriage annulled. So far, T.I. has not responded to the divorce.  Wow.  I hope they can reconcile some kind of way.  Got my fingers crossed.
