Would you believe after 17 years a man currently serving time for another offense confessed to shooting and robbing Tupac in 1994?  Well he is and he's saying that The Games manager James "Jimmy Henchman" Rosemond payed him to do it!!!!  That's not sitting well with Rosemond who's already in a heep of trouble with the law after being caught up in a recent cocaine bust.A incarcerated convicted felon Dexter Issac has confessed to the shooting in a explosive open letter on allhiphop.com.  Issac says "James Rosemond hired me to rob 2Pac Shakur at the Quad Studio.  He gave me $2,500, plus all the jewelry I took, except for one ring, which he wanted for himself.  It was the biggest of the two diamond rings that we took.  he said he wanted to put the stone in a new setting for his girlfriend at the time, Cynthia Reid.  I still have as proof the chain the we took that night in the robbery."  He goes on to say "Now I'm not going to talk about my friend Biggie's death or 2Pac's death, but I would like to give their mothers some closure.  It's about time that some did, and I will do so at a different time."  Finally he name checks both Jimmy and Diddy saying "Jimmy, you and Puffy like to come off all innocent-like, but as the saying goes: You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of them all of the time."  WOW!!!!!!
