Kanye' West is getting into the scarf making business!  Yes, I said scarfs.  As in the ones you put around your neck.

After he settled outta court with Big Papi on trademark infringement, he's now being sued for the same thing!  A company called Volcom says Hov has no right to use the diamond logo for his Roc Nation empire.

In related news Jay is also at the center of a NBA investigation.  I look like he broke the rules.  Jay surprised The Kentucky Wildcats on making the final four in their locker room after they beat North Carolina and the NBA is happy.

Leona Lewis, Sean Kingston and Jordan Sparks are teaming up to help artist on the come-up with a new reality show called "Major & Minors" premiering this Fall.
