Today in Tha Wire Tracy Morgan is ready to get back into the comedy game, and that’s not only good news..it's HUGE news.  As you know the comedian/actor has been to hell and back, after a 2014 car accident took the life of his best friend, James "Jimmy Mack" McNair, put him in a coma with head injuries, and nearly left him paralyzed do to multiple leg injuries.  It's been a tough road for the funnyman.  Over the past few years, he's undergone months of physical therapy, to battling various other health issues and setbacks.

Thankfully that's all behind him, and now he's ready to make us all laugh again.  According to reports Tracy's been quietly planning a comeback, sharpening his skills, and working on fresh new material.  Next week, we'll all get a chance to see what a brotha's working with.  Be on the lookout as Tracy Morgan premieres his stand-up, Staying Alive, on Netflix!  Below peep the hilarious trailer.

Staying Alive was reportedly filmed at the legendary Count Basie Theatre in Jersey.  In addition the aring Morgan's special, Netflix will cover his courageous fight to live.  See how the 30 Rock superstar from the Bronx rallied to recover, the impact the accident had on his family, to celebrating his new lease on life.
