Trinidad James Joins Discussion About The “N-Word” On CNN – Tha Wire (VIDEO)

Today in Tha Wire, rapper Trinidad James joins heated discussion about the "N-Word" on CNN and Nicki Minaj is gearing up for the American trek of the Pinkprint Tour.

Out of all the rappers in the world AllHipHop reports Atlanta's finest, Trinidad James was a guest on CNN Tonight with Don Lemon last night and invited to participate in an open discussion about the "N-Word."

Mr. "All Gold Everything" joined a panel to talk about the use of the word in America. Who can use it and who can't?  So why was the rapper invited in the first place?  James was brought into the conversation because his song, “All Gold Everything,” is playing in the background in one of the racially charged SAE fraternity videos featuring the frats house-mother Beauton Gilbow.

Lemon asked James what he thought about the video and he said, "I honestly think that somebody’s trying to be sarcastic and play a joke on this old lady. She looks old, and she looks drunk,” the rapper continued “I saw that two years ago when it came out. I didn’t say anything about it, because life is just so much bigger than that.”

To the rappers credit, he didn't do to bad holding his own.   After discusses a series of topics surrounding the work, Lemon and James were joined by Ben Ferguson and Marc Lamont Hill for further discussion. Finally, Nicki Minaj will soon wrap-up the European leg of The Pinkprint Tour.  Soon as it's over, the rap femcee will be heading back home for the American run.  Minaj will be bringing a mirage of friends for the ride, to include her rumored boo Meek Mill, Tinashe, Dej Loaf and Rae Sremmurd.  Unfortunately, TheBoomBox revealed there are no dates close to home.   Of course if that changes I'll keep you posted.  For a look at the current tour itinerary click here.
