Today in Tha Wire believe it or not another doc-series about the unsolved murders of Hip Hop legends Tupac Shakur and The Notorious B.I.G. is coming soon to TV.  This time in an upcoming pilot series titled Unsolved.

According to reports, the new series is being pick-up by the USA Network.  By the way they hired the former LAPD Detective, Greg Kading, who actually led the multiple law enforcement tasks forces, that investigated both of the tragic deaths.

Kading will not only serve as a consultant, but also a co-executive for the upcoming pilot. The former detective says believes he solved both cases and gives indepth details of how inside the pages of his 2011 book, “Murder Rap: The Untold Story of Biggie Smalls & Tupac Shakur Murder Investigations.”  FYI shortly after it's release Kading book was used to make a documentary, with the same name.  Peep the trailer below of that particular film.

Once Kading's book will serve as a source of material for the new USA TV series.  When asked what their looking to achieve by re-hatching the murders he said in the following statement,

“This film is different because we’re not proposing a theory. Everything that precedes this was theoretical, was speculation, what could have happened. We’re not coming at it from that approach. We’re telling you definitively this is what took place with these murders,” he continued. “All of the empirical evidence, all of the facts lead you to draw this one and only conclusion. We’re not competing against theories. We’re claiming to know the truth.”

The only question is when Unsolved is going to air.  There's not much details about that, but if I get more info, you know I'll bring it to you.  In the meantime it's looks like it's going to be pretty good.  As always for all things entertainment, tune into Tha Wire every weekday to stay in the know and only on The Peoples Station 107 Jamz.
