Tupac's handwritten notebooks are set to go on the auction block according to hiphopdx.com. It's not just notebooks, but a number of CD's of unreleased music as well. Apparently the seller has been holding on to the memorabilia for quite some time and felt like now is the time to try an make some loot off the priceless hoard of mementos.

According to TMZ, a person answered a Craigslist ad trying to purchase baseball cards and learned the seller had a large about of Tupac memorabilia to sell as well.  Word has it there is a total of three notebooks, full of handwritten music lyrics and various notes.  One of them includes video ideas for his classic, "Point The Finga."

So, how'd the seller get his hands on such intimate possessions?  According to hiphopdx.com, his father used to work for Pac and somehow he ended up with the items. Now the whole lot is being put up for action and seller is looking to cash in.  Tupac memorabilia is highly sought after too, so he shouldn't have any trouble raking in the dough.  One of Pac's prison letters sold at auction for a whopping $225,000.

You can bet Tupac's family is not happy about this and Afeni Shakur is said to be attempting to block the sale.  According to TMZ the late rappers estate has a policy for regulating the purchase and sale of Tupac's memorabilia.  They better make it quick, because the autograph dealers who sold his letter, Moments in Time, already has the notebooks up for sale.
