According to the Pittsburgh Gazette, investigators working the murder case of 20-year old Imani Porter, rapper Wiz Khalifa's uncle, have two men in custody.  Michael Wolford, 21, of Braddock, and 19-year old Jaron Young, of Penn Hills, have been charged with killing Porter in the Steak ’n Shake parking lot on Jan. 10, 2014.

Authorities say the three men were in a vehicle together.  While in the parking lot, Porter was shoot in the head after putting heroin on the center console of the car.   Based on Young's confession, he asked “Let me get this one for free” and then Wolford shot him.

Last week Wolford pleaded guilty to third-degree murder, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and a firearms violation.  He's looking at roughly 30 to 60 years.  His partner in crime, Jaron Young was 17 at the time of the murder, but he's being tried as an adult.  He also pleaded guilty to third-degree murder, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and two firearms violations and faces 12½ to 25 years.

Prosecutors said a third man, 21-year old Paul Sanders was on the scene, but not in the vehicle.  He is not being tied to the murder, but Tuesday last week plead guilty to felony drug and drug-related conspiracy charges in the case.  Sander's he was sentenced to nine to 18 months, but he already served 510 days.  So he was paroled and placed on probation for three years, according to court records.
