It is an exciting time for any fan of The Notorious B.I.G. That's because some previously unreleased demos from the legendary rapper have surfaced thanks to a new vinyl release. Chopped Herring Records, a UK-based boutique label specializing in rare and unreleased '90s hip-hop, put out a new project featuring demos from the one and only Biggie Smalls.

The vinyl EP comes from the vaults of Daddy-O who produced all the songs on the release. Two songs are credited to Junior Mafia which both feature The Notorious B.I.G. The first track titled "If They Don't Die" also features Lil Kim. The second cut called "Steal & Rob" is a solo record from Biggie.

Influential hip-hop group Freestyle Fellowship is part of the vinyl release as well. Aceyalone, Myka 9, P.E.A.C.E. and Self Jupiter's "1 Style at a Time" serves as the B-side of this EP.

As you might expect, the demand for this project has been overwhelming. Chopped Herrings put up this statement on their site after the sale began.

"OK - SO THE SITE WENT LIVE @ 9pm AS PLANNED THEN WE STARTED TO SELL COPIES MAD QUICK, SO WE HAD TO PULL IT SO WE DIDNT OVERSELL," the message reads. "THAT WAS 2 mins AFTER WE WENT LIVE SO THERE WILL BE SOME LEFT AND WE'LL ARRANGE THE FAIREST WAY TO SELL EM. MORE INFO SOON YO!!"

There are only 500 copies being sold, so you might want to stay glued to their website if you are desperate to get your hands on this EP.
