According to the CPSO, a warrant was issued for McCloud's arrest on July 8, 2015.  He is being charged with 1 ct. of aggravated rape; 1 ct. aggravated incest; and 2 cts. 2nd degree battery.  His bond was set by Judge Guy Bradberry at $1.25 million.  Wednesday, August 12, McCloud was taken into custody on unrelated charges by the Springfield Police Department in Springfield, OR.  He is waiting to be extradited back to Calcasieu Parish.
