Have The New NFL Rules Gone Too Far?

The owners have changed some of the games rules. Peel back blocking has been outlawed anywhere on the field.  That is a block below the waist from the side or behind.

Teams can also no longer stack one side of the line in an attempt to block a PAT of field goal and players not on the line can no longer push their teammates into the blockers.
