What in the world is going on?  People are going from eating human beings to now eating dogs....alive???

According to a Waco Texas TV station (KWTX-TV), their reporting that 22 year old Michael Terron Daniel of Waco, Texas is facing charges of cruelty to a non-livestock animal in a bizarre incident in which he attacked and ate his own dog.  The man claims he was high on the drug K-2, also known as synthetic marijuana, when he killed and ate his dog.

According to police, the incident took place on June 14th.  A person called 911 reporting that a man was “going crazy.”  That man was Michael Terron Daniel, who assaulted several people at the home first and told them he “was on a bad trip from ingesting K-2.  It doesn't end there he then, according to witnesses, ”got down “on his hands and knees and chased a neighbor while barking and growling like a dog.

From there according to Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton,  Daniel then took a medium-sized black dog onto the front porch of the home where he beat and strangled the animal and then “began to bite into the dog, ripping pieces of flesh away. The poor dog died at the scene.

Daniel was arrested Monday at his job without incident.

When officers arrived they found Daniel sitting on the porch of his home with blood on his hands, clothing and face.   Sgt. Swanton said, he was “initially incoherent and unresponsive” and then while waiting for paramedic to arrive asked officers to fight him or use a stun gun on him "to help him get off his bad trip."  Officers did neither, however they did have Daniel taken to Providence Health Center by ambulance.

People, we got to learn from mistakes of others.  They are the blueprints on what NOT to do.  This is really becoming ridiculous.  God forbid someone does this to their child.

HERE ARE THE FACT: K-2 is a form of synthetic marijuana.  Understand that none of the chemicals this so-called herbal product contains is a copy of ANYTHING found in cannabis, although the effects can be similar.   Studies suggest synthetic cannabis use is associated with psychosis and the exacerbation of existing psychotic disorders.  Extreme paranoia, hallucinations and violent behavior have also been reported.

Just say NO and get high on life.
