Wale is getting back to the music. After snapping on a bunch people for some Twitter jokes earlier today (Aug. 11), the Maybach Music Group rapper comes through with three new freestyles and a lost verse.

The four tracks are "Brightseat Road Freestyle" produced by Sango and Jake One; "Heel/Face Freestyle" produced Chris Pack; "Solbiato Freestyle" produced by Lee Majors; and a freestyle over the Suicide Squad soundtrack's single "Sucker for Pain." Wale is also billing that last one as a lost verse, so it's possible he recorded this for the official version yet it got cut for some reason. You can hear the three freestyles up top and his "Sucker for Pain" verse below.

The new music is a better way for Wale to cap off his day which started off rocky when he took offense to a joke by Lawrence Schlossman. The writer mocked Wale's inclusion in President Barack Obama's summer playlist, provoking a strong response from the D.C. rapper.

"id love to discuss the intent of that tweet, as well as your personal taste. U don't got to like it. But today I got time," Wale wrote in response. "Ppl like u @SartoriallyInc is what's wrong wit this shit . U not even from my culture . Stay the fuck away from it."

Wale was clearly fed up with being the butt of jokes as he unleashed on a variety of people who antagonized him on Twitter.

"Whole bunch of 'influencers' who will comment on my music with out even listening to it," Wale said. "Same narrative every time . They love music 4 irony. How many jokes I gotta take? How many rappers I gotta see Come n go before I get respect."

Wale even got into it with other rappers like Awful Records' RichPoSlim. The two exchanged some words on social media after RichPoSlim said Wale could not take a joke.
