Washington Marion Magnet High School Improves to “B” School

Congratulations are in order for Washington Marion Magnet High School. As of today, the Charging Indians are officially a "B" school.

The Washington Marion HS Alumni, Inc. also took to their Facebook page with a message to the principal, faculty, staff, and students for a job well done.

Always down played, excuses made, we have been labeled "one of the worst"...yall not a "true" magnet school. Fifteen years ago they bragged we was next after LCB closed. Programs have been removed, there was even rumors about making it a technical school. The fake ones started organizations for our kids then left for other schools.

This is for the die hards, the day ones, the GREEN, BLACK, & GOLD, who stayed true to us and never folded or stopped believing in THE POWER OF THE TEEPEE. What the haters never realized is that we're carved from stone, so we've been solid. The spirit of Washington Marion Magnet High School will never be broken.
