Sadly, we lost him just weeks before he would have embarked on one of his biggest and last tours of his career, "This Is It".  It's hard to believe that it's already been three years.  One thing is for sure, Michael Jackson will forever be remember and celebrated as he left us a treasure chest of music that will be enjoyed till the end of time.  Speaking of which, his Essential Michael Jackson collection album is STILL on the charts and has sold over 1.9-million copies since it's release July 19th 2005.

By the way, 25th anniversary of the his album "Bad" is fastly approaching.   “Bad 25” will come in a standard issue which will include a 2-CD standard edition featuring the original Bad album and a disc of demos and new remixes.

Then for the ultimate Michael Jackson fans out there a deluxe package will be available and include original music, demos, and songs that didn’t quite make it to the general public.  The new songs were recorded in Michael’s studio while he was making the album, and the package also offers a DVD of Michael’s performance for Prince Charles, Lady Diana and 72,000 British fans at London’s Wembley Stadium in 1988.  Don't get it twisted either, the concert is not a compilation of performances, it's the actual and complete show, exactly as Michael performed it!

The original Bad album was released August 31, 1987, and has become one of the best-selling albums of all time.  It boasted ten singles (out of 11 tracks), five of which topped the Hot 100.  Let it be known Michael Jackson was the first artist to achieve five #1 singles from the same album.  Look for "Bad 25" to be in stores on September 17!

Meanwhile, here's a little something for you to enjoy until then.
