Although there wasn't alot of media promotions outside of social media. Our favorite Baton Rouge artist Webbie has returned with "Savage Life V" and it also shows him reconnecting with original Trill Music beatmaker Mouse On The Track.

Together these guys have created some classic songs like "Give Me That" and "Independent". It was also these two along with Boosie who really paved the way for Trill Music and opened the doors for other artist like Foxx, Lil Trill, Shell and more. Well after a couple of years Webbie has returned and this time, he has take it back to the roots. It still the same tear the club up sound you expect from Webbie, but he's a little more polished on this album. The beats are still hard and with the reunion of Webbie, Mouse and Boosie, I think it's safe to say that we have a classic on our hands.

Some of my favorite standout tracks on this new album are "Problems" which features Boosie Badazz and also "Roll It up" with Snoop Dogg, "Dumb Way" and one of my favorites "Due Too Much" featuring Kirko Bangz. If you want to take it back to the days of Ghetto Stories, then this is the one and I think I can say that Webbie is officially back like he never left. Check out the video with him and Boosie for "Problems"
