In yet another "Well, at least we're not Mississippi" moment, Louisiana was ranked as the fourth most likely state in which you would catch a sexually-transmitted disease.

Mississippi was No. 1, for the record.

Now, if you go to Mandatory.com and read the story they did, they'll tell you that Louisiana was ranked as the fourth "sluttiest state" in America. But all their research did was compare the rates of at which people caught chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphillis. So, technically speaking, we may still be sluttier than fourth place.

We can still reach for the stars, people.

Here's the worst 10 states, for your reference:

  1. Mississippi -- 1,009 infections per 100,000 residents
  2. Alaska -- 858 infections per 100,000 residents
  3. Alabama -- 833 infections per 100,000 residents
