I will never forget the first time I heard the Wu Tang Clan. It was 1997 when I first heard their music, and then to find out that the leader of the group, RZA, was formerly named Prince Rakeem, who had a few minor hits back in the day. But when he got together with Ol' Dirty Bastard, Method Man, and GZA, who was also previously named The Genius, and Ghostface Killa, Raekwon, Inspectah Deck and U-God, they took over the hip hop scene.

The group disbanded, and all of the artists released solo albums, with Method Man becoming one of the biggest out of the group, and ODB really becoming a big character not only in music, but on television before the rise of social media. The group got back together (minus Ol Dirty Bastard), although I hear that there may be some vocals rehashed from back in the day that could be on the album. There is a new album that was released last month called "The Saga Continues".

Check out the latest interview with RZA and Mathematics, where they talk about the newest album, and why RZA stepped back and allowed Mathematics to handle the bulk of the production on the new album. Hang out as well for the latest video, featuring honorary member Redman, called "People Say".
