It looks like Yo Gotti just penned a deal with Jay Z's Roc Nation and is now an official part of the company's roster. The news came via an Instagram photo posted by the Memphis rapper today (Dec. 15).

"CMG x Roc Nation," Gotti wrote, next to a pic of himself and Hov celebrating with wine glasses. #ItsOfficial 100. WhiteOut."

Some might consider this a move in the right direction for the "Down in the DM" creator, and if nothing else it should raise his overall profile within entertainment and business circles.

Right now, Gotti joins other Roc Nation artists like J. Cole, Rapsody — who inked a deal with Hov in June — Rihanna, Vic Mensa and The Lox just to name a few.tti

As of now, there hasn't been an official announcement of Gotti's signing, nor has it been specified how the company will work with the 35-year-old. It's possible that someone will provide more details in the next coming days.
