Baton Rouge, La. rapper YoungBoy Never Broke Again, a.k.a. NBA YoungBoy, has been released from the East Baton Rouge jail. His boy OG 3Three posted a video of the newly-liberated rapper, and a rep for YB's team confirmed his freedom with XXL.

The 17-year-old rapper has been inside since Dec. of last year on two charges of attempted first degree murder for what police say was a drive by.

In an interview while YoungBoy was incarcerated, he talked about the police in his hometown. "I don’t think they really target, but if you got a name, they know who you is," he said. "You do something, they gonna come get you, and whoever you’re with and whatever they do, you’re accountable for it just because you got the biggest name. That’s how that shit go."

Listen to his latest mixtape Mind of a Menace 3 Reloaded if you missed it.
