Z-Ro is capping off an illustrious career with what he says will be his final solo album, No Love Boulevard.

The Houston vet's 14-track album has no guest features, giving Z-Ro, who is known as a gifted storyteller and life philosopher, the space to share the best of his skills. As one of the most respected rappers in the game, Z-RO's 21st album is a fitting closing to solo career that saw him guesting on tracks with Scarface, Rick Ross, Nas and more. But again, it's Z-Ro's penchant for telling life tales, his hard-won philosophy and perspective on living that has earned a place among rap's most talented emcees.

“I’m giving you a whole lot of different versions of me, kind of like some of the earlier Z-Ro,” the veteran MC told HipHopDX about the album. “All the albums from Melting The Crown up until now have been my babies. [They had] nothing to do with Rap-A-Lot, nothing to do with any other label. It’s just carrying on what I started underground and ended up with the same pile of gumbo. I’m doing what I do, which is special in and of itself.”
