IBBA President Rob Neal Talks About His Music Conference And Competition [VIDEO]

I had to pleasure of talking with one of the greats when it comes to music and that is Rob Neal president of the International Black Broadcasters Association. He was in town on yesterday getting ready for a talent showcase he was holding. This was to find some of the hottest talent in the area who will go in front of highly recognized record executives like Demetrius Lloyd of Sony Music, Gloria Fitts of Jive Records and LC Connor of Def Jams.
