Today let's work on changing our daily activities to benefit our hearts, so our whole body will be strong.

There's just no way around exercise.  You gotta get up and move, if you wanna live longer and have a quality life.  Our heart is a muscle and it needs a good workout to stay strong. Start right where you are.  You don't have to take off running, just take a nice walk.  Take advantage of the warming weather and longer days and walk around your neighborhood or walk at the park.

Walking is one of the best exercises you can do, no matter what your health status is.  So, get up and move your body!  We have to cut out the negative eating as well.  If you just back off the fried, fatty foods and sugary drinks you'll begin to see immediate results.
