TMZ reports law enforcement sources told them Chris Brown's home was robbed early this morning (Wednesday July 15).  According to reports 3 armed men entered Breezy's new San Fernando crib around 2:00 A.M. and the fact that it was the singers house, was no mistake.  Chris Brown wasn't home at the time, but his aunt was and the robbers held her at gunpoint.  She later told police the home invaders told her they knew it was Breezy's house, so maybe it was a good thing he wasn't home at the time.

After holding Brown's aunt hostage, the men locked her in a closet and turned the place inside out.  So where was Chris when this was all taking place?  According to TMZ the singer arrived at the Argyle, a club in Hollywood at around 12:30 A.M. to host a pre-ESPY party.  He reportedly left the club at 2:13 A.M., just as the break-in was going down.

Law enforcement told TMZ the robbers completely ransacked Breezy's house, making off with money and other valuables.  Hotnewhiphop reports, Breezy's aunt did manage to call 911, but the intruders were gone by the time police arrived.  This isn't the first time Chris Brown's home was broken into.

In May, Amira Ayeb broke into the singers home while he was out of town. Police said the 21-year old woman had been in his home for a couple of days, having enough time to cook several meals, throw away his daughters clothes and rearrange various home decor. Ayeb also vandalized two of his vehicles and the kitchen counter with spray painted love notes. The disturbed fan was arrested after Brown found her in his bed naked.

Of course there is an ongoing investigation in place.  No suspects have been arrested and as the developing story continues to unwind, we'll keep you posted.  In the meantime, LISTEN LIVE to Tha Wire on The Peoples Station 107 Jamz.  Plus, find out what celebs are celebrating birthdays today.
