Today in Tha Wire, I got bad news for rapper Yo Gotti, looks like Rev Runs baby girl is officially off the market.  According to reports this morning Angela Simmons announced she’s marrying the man of her dreams!  Could it be Romeo Miller?  After all the two have been linked together for a while.  At times their on and off again romance played out on their WE TV reality show, Growing Up Hip Hop.  Then again, there's been talk of her kickin it with New York Giants running back, Rashad Jennings too.  A couple of weeks ago the two were spotted together at a fashion event.  But I'm not quite sure that's enough to put em together.

So who is the brotha in the pic?  One things for sure, the fashionista is being super mysterious about her soon to be husband.  Not really sure why though.  At about 9 a.m. CT the Hip Hop heiress uploaded a brief video wearing a gi-normous rock, surrounded by a bouquet of yellow roses on Instagram.  As she showed off her rings dynamic sparkle, the caption read:

“YES!! I couldn’t be more excited. This is only something I could of only dreamed of. I’m over the moon and feeling so blessed to be able to share my life with the one I truly love. Everything happened in the most perfect way.”

Well whoever Angela's Mr. Wright is, we send our congrats to them both.  I'm sure we'll all find out soon enough who he is.

In other news, everyone is still dealing with the shock and sudden death of music icon, Prince.  Saturday family and his closest friends gathered at his Paisley Park estate to pay their respects and say goodbye. His service was not open to the public.  As you know Prince died suddenly less than a week ago and authorities are in the mist of an all out investigation to figure out what happened.

His longtime collaborator/protégé Sheila E., sat down exclusively with Entertainment Tonight to talk about the emotional service.  She said, “It was very somber. It was sad.”

The chief medical examiner for the Midwest Medical Examiner's office performed an autopsy the day after Prince died, to determine the cause of death.  The examination took approximately 4 hours and immediately after, his body was turned over to his family.

As for the results the medical examiner's office said  at press time a full report, including toxicology, will "likely take weeks."  They continued, "As part of a complete exam, relevant information regarding Mr. Nelson’s medical and social history will be gathered. Anything which could be relevant to the investigation will be taken into consideration."

Of course we'll keep you posted with any further details.  Meanwhile for all things entertainment, listen up to Tha Wire.  It airs twice a day, every weekday at 12:50 p.m. and 3:35 p.m. on The Peoples Station 107 Jamz.
