Today in Tha Wire, Money May's ex Shantel Jackson files suit and Mary J Blige plans to drop her thirteenth studio album in November.

Thursday morning (September 4th), Floyd Mayweahter Jr’s ex-fiance, Shantel Jackson announced she was filing suit against the boxer for a variety of charges to include defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress, which more than likely stems from the boxer posting of her abortion documents on Instagram back in May.  The suits additional charges are invasion of privacy, assault & battery.

According Allhiphop, Shantel Jackson’s suit alleges in 2012 Money May twist her arm, choking her and forcibly removing her phone from her hand.  She also claims the boxer threatened her with a gun on more than one occasion.  Make sure you listen to Tha Wire below to hear more about that.

Finally, the Queen of Hip Hop Soul is making her way back with a new album.  Mary J. Blige is took a month-long journey to London and her new LP is going to reflect her time there.  BET reports the 10-track project is titled Mary J. Blige: The London Sessions, and will be her thirteenth studio album.

Mary has worked closely with London's biggest and brightest stars to include her duet with Sam Smith, and said she was eager to record new music with that distinctive London touch.  So be on the look-out for Mary's new LP!
