Things Going On This Thanksgiving Weekend In Lake Charles & SWLA

This is an abbreviated week for most folks who will be off starting Thursday and don't return to work until Monday. Some of you may be off all this week and are looking for something to do.

That is where we come in with a list of concerts and other events going on this Wednesday through Sunday for the Thanksgiving weekend.

Dani Lacour will live at the Rush Lounge inside the Golden Nugget casino on Wednesday night starting at 9:00 pm and play at 1:00 am.

Horace Trahan and the Ossun Express will be live at Linda's Lounge on Lake Street in Lake Charles Friday night from 10:00 pm to 1:00 am. Horace is known for the hit Cajun song "The Butt Thing".

Country music icon Neal McCoy will be live at the Golden Nugget's Grand Event Center on Saturday night, November 30th. The show will start at 8:00 pm.

LA ROXX will live at Panorama Music House in Downtown Lake Charles on Saturday night. Channel your 80s hair band rock that night with the band as they hit the stage at 9:00 pm and play until midnight.

Rusty Metoyer and Zydeco Krush will be live inside the Horseshoe Casino on Saturday night, November 30th, and will be live at Brew Brothers. Rusty and the band will hit the stage starting at 9:00 pm and play until Midnight.

Brad Brinkley will be live at Caddyshack located off of Lake Street in South Lake Charles on Friday night from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and then he will be live at FatKatz in Sulphur on Sunday evening from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

There is a farmers market going on In Lake Charles and Moss Bluff on Saturday morning. Both markets are open from 8:00 am to Noon. The Lake Charles Farmers Market is located at 1911 Historic City Hall while the one in Moss Bluff will take place at 325 Sam Houston Jones Parkway.
