23-year-old Lake Charles, Louisiana Man Found Dead On Side Of Road

(KHLA - Lake Charles, Louisiana) - On Sunday evening, the body of a 23-year-old man from Lake Charles was found beside U.S. 90.

The man was found unresponsive on the side of the road, and passerbys called the authorities.

Kayla Vincent, a spokesman for the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office, told the American Press that deputies were called to the 6700 block of U.S. 90 to check on the man.

Sheriff Stitch Guillory also told the Press:

To protect the integrity of the ongoing investigation, we are not releasing many details at this time, but we do have enough evidence to treat this as a homicide.
