It's hard to accomplish a lot when your only 5 months old, that is unless your name is Blue Ivy Carter.  Beyonce and Jay-Z's baby girl will probably always be in the lime light because of who her parents are.

This year, we lost some of our brightest stars in everything from athletes to rock to hip-hop and pop, to TV and film. They were all at different stages in their careers, some working on a come back, some just starting to rise, others already legends — but all left a distinct mark on pop culture, and their deaths left one on our hearts.

There have been many speculations as to the death of Amy Winehouse, and whether alcohol played a part in her death. It is unfortunate since she really has played a major part in the music in such a short time, but her loss is being felt throughout the industry.

It would seem the toxicology results are in for Amy Winehouse.  Today, her father Mitch Winehouse sits down with Anderson Cooper to go over the details.  Plus, the collaboration between Amy and Tony Bennett, "Body And Soul,"  has landed on the Internet.  The full video and song will premiere September 14, with proceeds of the song benefiting The Amy Winehouse Foundation providing support

The toxicology report from Amy Winehouse’s autopsy is in.
