The 72-year-old comedian was on his way to his first show following his release from the hospital when the crash occurred.

Sadly Bobby Brown is really having tough time.  Though he's had his share of legal problems in the past.  Up until Whitney died, Bobby had pretty much kept himself outta trouble.

Katt Williams continues to have run-ins with the law.  He was arrested Tuesday January 8th at his L.A. home.  However, this time around may not have been his fault entirely.
