Mr. V.I.P came through on Wednesday to hang out with me and talk about the release of his newest cd "Unleashed" that hit the streets on last week the night that he shut it  down as the first Zydeco artist to hit the stage at L'Auberge Du Lac at their Party by the pool.

Tonight will be the first time that Cajun and Zydeco music will rock the stage at the “Liquid Society” Party by the Pool at L’Auberge Du Lac casino Resort. Travis Matte & the Kingpins along with Mr. MVP Chris Ardoin will be taking the stage at the pool party!

Had a chance to sit down with my buddy Lawrence Morrow from The Original Downtown Lake Charles Crawfish Festival and we talked about all the events that were going to happen this weekend! Had the chance to interview J. Paul on Friday the 13th, so it was a very lucky day for me. He came through to talk about his 8 awards that he received at the Zydeco Music Awards in Lafayette, including Album of the Year.
