Fatal Crash

Tragic incident on the U.S. Highway 90 Eastbound Frontage road claims the life of the driver.

A driver going in the wrong direction on a Louisiana roadway died as a result of the crash.

Despite being properly restrained, Stephen Duane Bertram, 54, of DeQuincy, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A Sulphur man was struck and killed while riding a bicycle on U.S. 90 west of Sulphur, said the Louisiana State Police Troop D.
