Phyllisia, is making a lot of noise with her ballad "I Love You".  I can't tell you how many people call and ask, "who is that" every time I play her song.  It is a beautiful song and is being dubbed the new "wedding song" of the year.  On top of that, after doing some digging I found that Phyllisia has a remarkable story.
