Hot 97 deejay Mister Cee was arrested late Thursday evening for allegedly soliciting a male prostitute in Brooklyn.

In life, we all go through ups and down and nobody's had more UPs and DOWNS than Bobby Brown.  It's been a long interesting road, for the man formerly known as "the bad boy of R&B".
