State officials offer good news on the new I-10 Bridge and I-210 Bridge lighting system.

Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Marine Division on the scene and confirmed they are trying to recover the body of the victim.

A Sulphur man and a female accomplice were arrested by Louisiana State Police Troop D after learning he skateboarded down the I-210 Bridge in Lake Charles.

If you use the I-210 bridge to commute to work and home, you need to be aware that all this week, from August 19-23, there will be nighttime closures.

If you need to utilize the bridge at all during these times, you will need to make plans now to find an alternate route.

Be aware that the I-210 bridge will be shut down this Friday night at 10 pm.

Let's be honest, the "improvements" to I-210 will become horrific for those commuting and traveling through the Lake Area. The re-decking project begins Monday.

We can expect the I-210 bridge to be repaired a lot sooner than originally planned.
