Common and John Legend won an Oscar for Best Original Song during the Oscars last night.

When I first heard about this, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr fought for the rights of equaility for all americans in the world, This man literally gave his life for all races and was honored for alot of his works.

As I continue to do my part to make sure that our history is known and that our children get some type of enlightenment. Today I reflect on the life of Ralph Abernathy.

As we celebrate the life of a great man, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., we reflect on his life and memory on Monday, Jan. 16 as this day is affectionately known as King's Day! Well, we want to give you even more of a reason to celebrate, and it all kicks off on tomorrow!
