Salvation Army

Because of coronavirus concerns this year, the train will not make any physical stops, but they will still be able to impact cities in need on the KCS railway network

The Salvation Army is back in SWLA offering meals for Hurricane Delta victims.

The Alliance for Positive Growth is sponsoring the drive in hopes that the community can offer help with donations.

The Winter months are especially difficult for the homeless. Thankfully the Salvation Army on Legion St. is offering warm beds and food for those in need.

With the freezing temperatures upon once again, it's important to remember not all us have a warm, dry place the get out of the cold.  If you or someone you know is in need of shelter during this winter storm there are a few shelters in our area that can help them.
