10:30 p.m. — Well, folks, while there are still a few precincts outstanding, there aren’t enough to change any outcomes at this point, so we’re calling it.  Charles Boustany and Jeff Landry will head to a December runoff in the 3rd U.S. Congressional District, while John Fleming will be the next U.S. representative for the 4th District.  Check out how all the other local races in Southwest Louisiana turned out for 2012.
