Basketball Is No More On The Streets Of Lake Charles According To New Law [PHOTOS]

Well whether you agree or not, there will be no more playing basketball in the middle of the streets or any right of way.

Councilman Rodney Geyen proposed the law and basically described it as a major inconvenience when there are those playing in the middle of the road and tend to look at the drivers in a negative way when passing. While there were two councilmembers who voted against it, the law passed without any additional hitches. I think we have all experienced this problem not just in my neighborhood, but in various other cities that I have visited. I would like to get you take on this matter.
