College Educated Black Female Finds It Hard To Get A Job Until She Lies [VIDEO]

If some shape or form most of us have experienced some type of hidden and possibly not hidden racism. This does not always mean because of your color, but it could be your gender, religious preference or they may simply just not have an approval for you. Well below is an interesting story about a young lady named Yolanda Spivey. Apparently she applied for a job several times and felt that she got looked over because she was an african american woman.

This is truly sad in this day and age that experience, education and morals don't really matter anymore. I would hope in this day and age that things would be changing, but I know that's a stretch.
