Well the phenomenon of Dub Step has officially crossed the genre of Hip Hop with the introduction of a hip hop group from Atlanta called Watch The Duck. The single is called Poppin Off and if you haven't had your workout today this video will get you going!

I have to admit I was not a big fan of Dubstep music and I can still only handle it in small dosages, but  I am feeling this song and the video and the dance moves are crazy.
