No one does festivals like Southwest Louisiana!

One of our favorite festivals returns as the Gulf Coast Shrimp and Jazz Festival is set for Saturday, June 24, 2017, from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. inside the Lake Charles Civic Center’s Exhibition Hall. At 7 p.m. it’s an evening concert with “Jazz After Dark,” featuring two-time Grammy-nominee Mickey Smith Jr. with Sax in the City, and many more taking the stage.

Get ready for the best jazz, awesome shrimp dishes, and fun for the entire family.

The Shrimp and Jazz Festival promotes the cultural importance of jazz, cuisine, and the thriving local community and features a unique blend of music, performance, and visual arts.
