Is This Dress Appropriate For The Classroom? [PICTURE]

If you have been on Facebook lately then you have possibly seen this picture. If you have not then the quesition was posed as to whether the dress on this young lady is appropriate for the classroom.

I am sure there are plenty of conservative people including parents who might not agree with the attire. Of course there are those who would think that this would be fine. We live in a new age and the teachers are a little more modernized then they were. I am also sure that the young teenage boys have no issues with the dress as well. Check out the photo below.

So what do you think, is this proper attire for the classroom or should there be rules and guidelines on the way teachers should dress for the classroom. I don't see an issue with it, but my opinion doesn't matter at the moment, so let me know your thoughts!
