Jermaine Dupri & Crew Stopped By Police In Miami, Car Search Turns Up Single Xanax Pill [VIDEO]

According to TMZ,  music mogul Jermaine Dupri and his entourage were riding in Miami Beach at 3:24 a.m. yesterday morning (Dec. 27th), when police pulled them over for the dark tint on their Lincoln.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Miami Beach PD smelled "a strong odor of marijuana" inside the car.

Dupri, who was a passenger, and the others were patted down. Police only found a single Xanax pill in a plastic container, inside the pocket of another passenger.

According to TMZ, a K-9 was brought out to sniff out contraband. In all, JD claimed 5 police cars arrived on scene, but found nothing.

Police were suspicious of the Xanax pill and the possibility that is was illegally possessed. Someone in Jermaine's crew insisted it was a prescription and later came back with proof, and everyone was let go.
