Joe Dumars Returns To Lake Charles This Saturday

As Mcneese prepairs for their 2019 fall graduating class. The students and future entrepreneurs will have something to look forward to in their commencement speaker. National Basketball Hall of Fame member and Mcneese State University graduate Joe Dumars will be delivering the message this Saturday December 14th.

Mcneese will be hosting two ceremonies on this date with one at 9:30 am and the second one at 3 pm in the arena of the H&HP Complex. Joe Dumars has been inducted into the Louisiana Association of Basketball coaches Hall of Fame and served as the Detroit Pistons president of basketball for over 10 years.

We want to wish all the best to all of the upcoming graduates including our very own Lasha Artis and Brandy Williams who will be apart of this weekends festivities. We also want to welcome Joe Dumars back home this weekend as regardless of where he goes, he can always call Lake Charles home.
