Oak Park Boulevard Alley Set to Close Temporarily

From the office of the City of Lake Charles -- Oak Park Blvd. Aly., located to the south side of the 2400 Block of Oak Park Blvd., is set to close temporarily beginning Monday, Dec. 14, to allow work associated with the main sewer line.

Alternate routes will be posted for residents who live in the 2400 Block of Oak Park Blvd. or the 2400 Block of 20th Street, said the media release.

• Residents who live west of 2430 will detour on to 7th Ave. to enter and exit their homes.
• Residents who live east of 2430 will enter and exit on to 8th Ave.

Oak Park Blvd. thru traffic will not be interrupted. Drive with caution.
