According to TMZ, the L.A. City Attorney has cleared singer Trey Songz of all charges from a  misdemeanor domestic violence case.

Back in February, Trey Songz was accused of striking a woman, Andrea Buera, at a party during NBA All-Star weekend in Los Angeles. The woman claimed he assaulted her, and that she had to go to a hospital with minor injuries.

Trey insisted he was innocent though out the entire ordeal, adding he was "being lied on and falsely accused for someone's personal gain." Then in April, a judge determined the "Can't Help But Wait" singer would not face a felony criminal charge, mostly because witness statements didn't match up with Buera's accusations of what happened that night.

Even though he was cleared of felony charges, Trey was still facing misdemeanor domestic violence, until now.

Congrats to Trey Songz, and hopefully he can steer clear of any more scandals from here on out.
